Morgan House Inn & Restaurant Policies
Minimum Stay: Two nights on weekends in July, August and October
Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded if notice is received by our office no less than 21 days prior to the intended day of arrival, when less than 21 days it will depend on our ability to re-book the room. A service charge of $25 per reservation will be deducted from the deposit. Guests who check out before the last day of the reservation will be required to pay for the days reserved in full. We must have a deposit on all rooms in order to guarantee the reservation.
Deposit: For one night stay full payment is taken at time reservation is made; for all others, half is taken as deposit with the remainder due at check in.
